CLUB EVENTS

2017 Angler of the Year    

Angler of the year will win an all-inclusive four night/three and a half day fishing trip to Lake El Salto in Mexico through Anglers Inn ($2,000+ value). PBA will pay for round trip flight ticket (not to exceed $600). Angler will be responsible for all other costs and items needed for the trip including, but not limited to medical expenses, passport additional travel costs, luggage, parking.  The AOY will also have the option to bring a friend at a reduced price (PBA will not be responsible for any of the friends costs or expenses).

Anglers must meet the below requirements to qualify to win angler of the year: 

  • Participate in Fish and Chip event or youth events (total of 2) no points will be awarded for these events.  

  • PBA will drop two lowest tournament finish for all anglers 

  • Angler with the most points at the end of the season wins AOY. (1st place = 100 pts , 2nd = 99 pts ect. for each event)  People that do not weigh fish will get 50 points.

Register the morning of at the Freeman Dr Launch on the northwest side of the lake. Blast off at tentatively around 7:00 AM.

There is no off limits for this event.
